55 mi, 3,418 ft, Up Mandeville Fire Road Down Trailer Canyon - Ride Leader : Bob Kellogg

Starting from MB Pier at 8:30, we head up the coast to Santa Monica.  As the title says, we'll go up Mandeville Fire Road and down Trailer Canyon. Then it's back onto pavement for the slog back home. Although the off-road segments are all fire roads, the steep pitches and length of the ride will require some endurance.  A gravel or mountain bike will work just fine.  You can start in Santa Monica if you want to cut out some of the road portion.
